Question: Is there really no minimum contract, I only have to pay for one month at a time and can cancel instantly at any time?
Answers: Yes no set-up fee no minimum contract just pay the monthly fee.
Question: How quickly will my site be up and running?
Answer: Your site is normally set-up the same day but it takes about 24 hours before your domain is fully active and you are therefore able to access your site.
Question: Can I edit pages without them being visible to the public?
Answer: Yes you can save a page but leave it inactive until you are ready for it to be viewed. When ready just click to make active. You can also put the whole site in "Down for maintenance" mode until you are ready to make the site live.
Question: Can we have other user accounts that only allow the adding/editing of certain things etc.?
Answer: Yes you can add unlimited users to different groups with different permissions that you set.
Question: How much does it cost if I want some custom design work?
Answers: We charge £25 per hour with a minimum charge of £12.50. You may be supprised to see how many small changes can be made within half an hour (£12.50). A complete custom site design with a logo design would typically cost about £100.
Question: How do you take payment?
Answer: Normal monthly payments are taken by PayPal subscription payments. You do not need to have a PayPal account just a Debit/Credit Card. For other payments for custom design work etc. you may pay via Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer or Cheque.
Question: How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
Answer: You can cancel your PayPal subscription payment at any time through PayPal. Please keep your card details upto date with PayPal (you will automatically receive a remider from PayPal if your card is about to expire). Also please let us know if you wish to cancel your site or change the subscription in anyway.
Question: Is the domain name registered to me?
Answer: Yes it is registered to you as the registered owner and us as the admin contact.
Question: Can I transfer my domain name away to another provider?
Answer: Yes as long as you have paid enough subscription payments to cover the cost of the domain (£10 for UK domain and £15 for others) then there is no fee for the transfer.
